Named after the Filipino master of multimedia and abstract arts, and inspired by the Santana Row in San Francisco, California, Joya Lofts and Towers pioneered loft living in the country.

Unit types include studio deluxe residences measuring 25 square meters, studio premier units measuring 33 square meters, one-bedroom deluxe suites with a floor area of 46 square meters, one-bedroom executive units measuring 57 to 60 square meters, 58-square-meter one-bedroom lofts, 79-square-meter two-bedroom deluxe residences, and two-bedroom executive suites measuring 100 to 119 square meters.
To ensure an active lifestyle, the two towers offer amenities such as swimming pools, spa, fitness center, playground, landscaped garden, and business center. Added services include housekeeping, laundry and pressing, dry cleaning, in-room massage, concierge and reception, ad 24-hour security.
Located in Plaza Drive in Rockwell Center, Joya Lofts and Towers is a short walk from Power Plant Mall, The Rockwell Club, and Ateneo Professional Schools.
The Good - The northern building of Joya Lofts and Towers is near the Power Plant mall in Rockwell center. Some commercial establishments can also be found in in some of the ground floor spaces of the building. Schools like Ateneo Graduate School of Business, Ateneo Law School are around the area. Makati Central Business District and Ortigas Center are also near. The good thing about its security is that access cards are needed to be able to use the elevators. The units are structurally sound, well designed, and properly maintained. The same goes for the lobby, hallways, and elevators. Parking areas are available for tenants. Most of the rooms, except the studio type ones, have balconies that offer breathtaking views of the city.
The Bad - Because there are quite a number of units on each floor and only 3 elevators available, traffic occurs while tenants are waiting for the lifts. During maintenance of these elevators, congestion becomes even more of a problem. The entrance can also be congested at rush hours because of the number of private vehicles and taxis coming through to pick up or drop off people. No other forms of public transportation except taxis are available. They only become available once you are out of the Rockwell Center.

I lived here for nearly a year but I still come back here to go to the boxing gym on the 3rd floor which is part of the rockwell club. It's actually one of the cleaner boxing gyms I've been in the Philippines and the swimming pool is great for doing laps. One of the best features of this building are their lofts. This building started the trend for two story lofts.
We visited here for a photoshoot inside one of the units here. Upon arriving in the area, I told the ex-boyfriend I wanted to live there. The place is sooo close to Powerplant Mall and the neighborhood is very quiet that weekend - something rare these days. We were welcomed by a hotel-like design of lobby and waiting area. When we approached the concierge, they contacted the unit owner and we were allowed to go up. Apparently we needed a security card to access the elevator!! Very nice! When we finally reached the unit, I was very impressed - the size is huge, the overall quality of the materials used are superb, the bathroom and the kitchen (stuff that are most important to me). What can I say?! You get what you pay for! The unit prices are not for the budget-conscious. Had I known about this when it was still preselling, I might be able to afford this LOL
Aside from the obvious accessibility, convenience and security this community provides, I will always recommend Joya Lofts and Towers to end users. The decision to live in a condo property in my opinion should heavily rely on the property management. That said, I have my hands down to this property's management. For a condo built on 2008, I would have to say that the property is well managed. Guards and staff are always ready to lend a hand when you're carrying tons of groceries or 24 hour engineers taking care of a broken toilet flush at 12midnight is always a life saver. Any 6year old building will have wear and tear, but at very least Joya property management pushes to maintain its service like its brand new. I have resided in the building since turn over and still choose to. To me, Joya is home with all its comforts.
