The Good - One of the most recognizable condo projects in Bonifacio Global City, the Pacific Plaza Towers are also one of the most luxurious, having only a maximum of two very spacious units per floor.


The Bad - Very limited unit types on offer, not to mention they are very pricey.


Property Management
Pacific Plaza Towers are perhaps one of the most high-profile properties in BGC, which means property management must be undertaken quite impeccably. This is evident in the property’s amenities, which are immaculately well maintained. Security is also strict and all vehicles entering the condo’s parking are inspected, owing to the fact that many of its residents are politicians and business people.
Security
As mentioned, security in the Pacific Plaza Towers is very strict, and CCTV cameras are placed strategically in the condo’s common areas.
Amenities
Amenities include a huge lagoon-shaped swimming pool, which is touted as one of the most luxurious in the Metro Manila, helipads for both towers, a topnotch gym, a business center for residents, and a chapel. These amenities are well maintained.
Unit Quality
All units are huge, boasting an area of 300 square meters. There are only two units per floor, which assures residents maximum privacy. Elevators open directly to the residences’ foyers. In addition, all units have west- and eats-facing sides, which affords residents views of both the Manila Golf and Country Club and the mountains of Rizal Province.
Location
The condo is close to the golf course; hence, it has unobstructed views to the west. It sits on the quieter side of BGC, which gives residents maximum privacy but still within walking distance from most of BGC’s leisure spots, such as Burgos Circle and Bonifacio High Street.

The nicest place I've ever lived, all the units are flawless, and it's far enough towards the busy street of bgc so that unsavory individuals usually don't make their way into loitering around the property. Many prominent people happen to live here.
