The Good - Paragon Plaza is located right along EDSA near Shangri-La Plaza and SM Megamall. 100% back-up power is available in the event of a brown out. The condominium’s studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units are nicely spaced and well-maintained. The management does a good job of keeping the amenities and common areas in order. Security is really tight and reception services are available around the clock.

The Bad - As you get out of the building, you will be greeted by noise and pollution from the many vehicles that pass through EDSA. The lobby area is always busy and bustling with people because aside from being a residential condominium, the building also has a commercial center.

The Verdict - Overall, Paragon Plaza would be a good investment for urban home buyers. Families and professionals alike can get to sit back and relax even while at home because of the condominium’s simple and well-maintained amenities like the pool, fitness gym, and sky garden. Power outage becomes less of a hassle because the building has its own 100% back-up generator. The building is also near many malls, transportation terminals, corporate offices, and commercial areas.
