The Good - Parc Regent’s units are spacious — the 3BR unit has enough space for bulky appliances and furniture in its living area. The bedrooms have their own air-conditioning unit, and there are cabinet fixtures provided per bedroom. The condominium is located near several commercial establishments such as banks, office buildings, malls, and parks.

The Bad - Parc Regent has limited amenities — the condominium only has a swimming pool and an open function hall for events. There are no available parking slots for guests.

Property Management
Parc Regent doesn’t have any concierge. The security available at the time will attend to queries. Considered as one of old condominium units, its exterior gives away its age, but maintenance has made it possible for its interior design to be in tip-top condition. The building is currently undergoing repainting and renovations. Small pets are only allowed. In case of power interruptions, 80% back-up power is available supplied by the generator.
For fire precaution and safety measures, each floor is equipped with fire alarms, hose cabinets, exits, and a floor escape plan. CCTV security cameras are also present to monitor the hallway. There was only one security guard at the lobby area who also served as the concierge for inquiries.
An enclosed space serves as the function room which is adjacent to the swimming pool outside. Those are the only amenities available at Parc Regent. There is no concierge in the lobby. The lobby is small, with only two functioning elevators. Near the swimming pool is the shower area, for male and female.
Unit Quality
It is definite that space allocations for the bedrooms, the living area, and the dining space were prioritized. The living room and the dining area will greet you upon entering the unit. The living room is spacious enough to hold a sala set and some entertainment appliances. Furniture fixtures such as cabinets and cupboards are in good condition. Every bedroom has its own window; making it possible for natural light to come in. There’s a mini balcony accessible through the living room. Walls are made of concrete. Electric sockets are sparingly distributed in the bedrooms. Families with 4-6 members can be convenient living due to the ample space within the unit.
As it is situated near commercial buildings and offices, Parc Regent is ideal for professionals or families with breadwinners working in Makati. There are different establishments available near the building, whether you want to eat, shop, or run some errands. The building wasn’t flooded during any of the typhoons that passed. However, would-be tenants may find it hard to commute especially there aren’t any public utility vehicle—aside from taxi cabs—that pass through the street of H.V. Dela Costa. If you have a vehicle, you may pay for street parking, or park at designated pay parking lots near the building.
