The Good - Located within the heart of the central business district of Makati, everything ranging from entertainment hubs, office headquarters, to posh malls, and even esteemed educational institutions are accessible from the Paseo Parkview Suites. The condominium was recognized last March 2014 at the 16th Annual Fire Safety Compliance Awards Program the city of Makati.

The Bad - Given the amount of residents in the Paseo Parkview Suites, the gym space isn’t sufficient. There may be equipment for strengthening and cardio exercises, but at a limited number.

Property Management
The Paseo Parkview Suites has retained it classic beauty; the management did a great job on keeping its façade and the upkeep of its amenities. The property management of the Paseo Parkview Suites has set restrictions when it comes to service subscription plans for utilities such as telephone, internet connection, and cable TV. The residents are allowed to cook using electricity or gas as a power source.
Building security is topnotch in the Paseo Parkview Suites. Visitors are not permitted to enter the building without stating their purpose of visit. On the other hand, another security personnel guards the lobby area of the Paseo Parkview Suites. Several roaming guards were spotted during the visit, apparently checking activities at the common areas of the condominium. In addition to that, the management has installed several CCTV security surveillance cameras around the common areas of the condominium.
The lobby of the Paseo Parkview Suites exudes its timeless beauty with its classic theme. The spacious lobby is well-lit and well-ventilated. There are three elevators; two for passengers, and another for service. The Paseo Parkview Suites offers amenities such as a free-form adult and kiddie swimming pool, a fitness gym, and a function room. The poolside may serve as a lounging area or a sunbathing deck for the residents. There are enough signs that warn the residents about the pool guidelines. On the other hand, the gymnasium is adequately spaced to house all the equipment, however, not adequate enough to accommodate a number of residents especially during peak hours. Expect that the gym is crowded during those times. The gym only has a limited number of equipment the residents can use.
Unit Quality
Paseo Parkview Suites offers families of medium to large sizes spacious homes within Makati. Standing along the famous condominium strip in Salcedo Village, it is expected that Paseo Parkview Suites offers such ample sized unit spaces. Each unit offers a luxuriously spaced living and dining room, a roomy kitchen area, a laundry area you can change into a utility area, and a maid’s quarters to boot. The living room boasts a floor-to-ceiling window, which enables you to appreciate the city view of Makati. There are floor-to-ceiling windows also installed in other rooms. The unit space allows the residents to house bulky appliances and furniture without compromising the unit’s space. Except for the kitchen and bathrooms, which are installed with ceramic tiles, the rest of the rooms are installed with wooden laminate tiles. The kitchen has a complete cabinet system; both overhead and modular cabinets are available. Slots for a refrigerator, an oven range, and an exhaust is available too. Bedrooms are amply spaced, enough to house queen sized beds, especially for the master’s bedroom. Some units may not have views because of the surrounding buildings nearby.
The Paseo Parkview Suites stands at the corner of Tordesillas Street. A few paces away, you can reach the Jaime Velasquez Park, also known to hold the Salcedo Saturday Market. Expect moderate to heavy traffic within the area due to its festivities and events, since Tordesillas Street is another one-way road in Makati. The convenience of living in the central business district gives the residents unlimited access to major thoroughfares, shopping malls, entertainment hubs, office buildings, and even educational institutions nearby. However, other modes of transportation are not available in this area.

PROS – Its central location (right behind Paseo Center) is one of its major selling points. It is very near offices and commercial establishments. Thumbs up also to the gym and pool areas, which are clean and well-maintained; props to the spacious lobby as well. The building also has function rooms that can be rented out for events or meetings. CONS – Because of its proximity to business and commercial establishments, there are a lot of people living in the building. Some units are also rented out to travelers. This makes the common areas (gym and pool) a bit crowded at times.
