The Good -

Regalia Park Tower’s location along P. Tuazon Boulevard corner EDSA makes it easily accessible to different modes of transportation such as MRT, LRT 2, and jeepneys. Aside from the residential units, this condominium also offers commercial and office spaces. The security is tight with visible stationary and roving guards and exclusive access cards for the entrance doors.

The Bad -

There is limited parking space in this condominium and no guest parking is available. There is a high-dense traffic on its surrounding area being situated in P. Tuazon Boulevard corner EDSA.

The Verdict -

Regalia Park Tower’s main attraction is its prime location in Araneta Center. It is within a few minutes walking distance from EDSA, so transportation is readily available. Situated in Cubao, which is one of the highest areas in terms of elevation in Quezon City, the condominium is in a flood-free area. The additional Tower C that will be available in 2018 and repairs and renovations done on Towers A and B can relive the glamour of this almost two-decade old condominium. Overall, homebuyers can consider Regalia Park Tower as their condo of choice because of its spacious units, basic amenities such as swimming pools and function rooms, accessibility, and surrounding commercial establishments such as Gateway and Araneta Center.
