The Good -

SJB Condominium is almost two decades old yet it has maintained a functional condition of its structure. It may not have an impressive and stylish design but the unit cuts of SJB Condominium have generous space and high ceilings. The unit’s open layout enables the occupants to customize their preferred number of rooms. This is also a pet-friendly community.

The Bad -

There are no amenities in this residence and no guest parking as well. There is no back-up generator available. The lobby is small for receiving guests while the hallways are narrow and dimly lit. There are no visible roving guards in the premises.

The Verdict -

SJB Condominium is suitable for professionals working in the nearby areas of South Triangle like ABS-CBN, GMA, and the call-center hub in Eton Centris. Residents can have a quiet neighborhood but still be in the vicinity of a central business and entertainment district. The units are fitting for numerous people who are only after for a place to stay; it has no amenities to offer.  Also, it is best suited to commuters because of its accessibility to major thoroughfares and public transportations in addition to the condo’s lack of parking space. The bi-level unit configuration, which resembles a single-detached house style, is a great feature for additional space and privacy.
