Been living here for more than a year now. I like everything about this property (especially that they allow pets inside the condo) except for the elevators. Currently only 2 out of 6 available passender elevators are working and serving 41 storeys filled with students and professionals. I believe this is a known issue with Century Properties - I heard Gramercy Residences also has the same issue. Soho Central is located inside Greenfield District which is slowly growing and making a name for itself. Events such as dog shows, Weekend Market and concerts are being held during weekends. Overall, I consider this as our haven. It's very accessible by public transpo, a stone's throw away from Shangri-La Plaza and SM Megamall. Everything is within walking distance if I may say.

Bought a unit here because of its accessibility to Makati, Taguig, Ortigas and QC back in 2006. I am happy so see that this place is now being developed further to make the location more commercial. This is a prime spot. This is a good investment albeit the issues with the elevators.

I moved in here just months after it was inaugurated in 2009 and I must say I'm overall happy with the place. I live in a 2br corner unit and the cuts of the unit is generous. I love how I'm in the middle of everything - San Juan, Ortigas, Taguig, Makati. The unit I got was fully furnished and all my appliances still work. Although the elevators are a pain, the Property Management group makes up for it with good service and tenant offerings, such as mass held every 1st Saturday of the month, allowing pets in the building and a free quarterly pesticide spraying. Walking distance to Shangri-la mall, Megamall and Podium is a plus. And it seems like Greenfield is developing our surroundings nicely. Highly recommend living here, good value for money considering its location.

Century Properties, Inc. has almost three decades of experience in developing property, as well as in marketing and managing real estate. Currently, the company is managing 50 buildings in the metro, including well-known institutions such as the Asian Development Bank complex in Ortigas Center and Makati Medical Center. On the development side, Century Properties pioneered the concept of fully-fitted and fully-furnished (FF/FF) units, making this a standard industry practice. In 2012, the company made P21.4 billion in pre-sales, exceeding its target of P20 billion and marking a 16.6 percent increase from P18.4 billion from 2011. Century Properties is scheduled to complete and turn over several projects in 2013, including Gramercy Residences and the Knightsbridge Residences , which have over 1,400 units and 1,300 units, respectively. The first three towers of the 7-tower Azure Urban Resort Residences in the Bicutan/Parañaque area will also be finished, with a total of 1,889 units of ready for occupancy this year. Century Properties reported revenues of P7.2 billion in 2012--more than doubling its 2011 revenues of P3.5 billion--because of robust sales for its real estate developments. By the end of 2012, the company completed work on 21 condominium towers (5,560 units) with a total gross floor area of 669,857 sq m.
