The Good -

The unit floor spaces are relatively large. At the ground floor, right in front of the building, there is a PNB Bank. A Starbucks and other food shops are also available right beside the building. The city hall, barangay, hospitals, and schools are available all around the area.

The Bad -

Prospective home buyers might not be able to easily spot the building because the building sign is so hard to decipher. Overall maintenance is not that good. The front doors of the residential units are made of glass which definitely affects the privacy of the homeowners. There are no amenities in the building, so residents may have to look elsewhere for exercise, fun, and relaxation.

The Verdict -

The condominium is in pretty bad shape both in terms of exteriors and interiors. Also, security can become an issue because a lot of people pass through the building’s commercial areas. The building definitely has a lot of disadvantages like the glass doors for the residential units, lack of amenities, poor design, and maintenance. But despite these drawbacks, there are some redeeming factors that make the condominium worth the money like the fact that the unit spaces are big and that the place is near a lot of commercial establishments.
