The Good - The Beacon Tower in Makati City is conveniently located near thoroughfares, making it an ideal accessible location within the city. Different commercial establishments are nearby; thus, residents can enjoy various social activities near the condominium.


The Bad - The thoroughfares near the Beacon Tower are congested during rush hours. The vicinity of the condominium is not practically safe at night due to the volume of people walking around. The Beacon has three towers of residents sharing the podium level and roof deck amenities; expect congestion at certain times and certain periods.


Property Management
Geo-Estate Development Corporation is the property manager of The Beacon. Their condominium policies are lenient; they virtually allow any service provider of choice by the residents. To prevent any accidents from gas explosions, they only allow the use of electricity for cooking. However, they do not allow pets to reside in the condominium.
Security
The security of The Beacon is slightly lenient. They do allow visitors and other guests to enter the premises of the building. As they carry out their security protocol, the security personnel will let the visitors proceed to their destination. Although there are roaming security personnel around the common areas of the building, they easily allow visitors to roam free within the premises.
Amenities
The Beacon offers full-scale amenities such as a kiddie pool, outdoor playground, a 450 sqm swimming pool with lap lane, jogging trail and garden, playroom, emergency clinic, spa, bi-level gym, sky lounge, and a function room. Three towers share these amenities; expect congestion during peak hours or seasons. The lobby area of The Beacon is a combined lobby of the three towers. The lobby has an area set for the residents’ mailboxes. Although there aren’t enough furniture to entertain guests, the lobbies are vast enough to receive a number of guests.
Unit Quality
The units are lengthwise, evenly cut, with ample sizes for the living room and bedroom. Standard units come with kitchen and bathroom provisions. The bath has its own shower enclosure, water heater, lavatory, and some with an exhaust fan. On the other hand, the kitchen has a complete cabinet system, with modular base and overhead cabinets. The Beacon offers combined units as well as long as there are available units.
Location
Standing in Makati’s Central Business District, nestled at the corner of Don Chino Roces and Arnaiz Avenue, The Beacon has made everything and anything virtually accessible for its residents with its ideal location. Surrounding The Beacon are numerous major corporations, esteemed educational institutions, business and commerce spots, as well as entertainment and leisure hubs. However, traffic congestion is to be expected at the nearby thoroughfares. At night, the surrounding area isn’t safe because of the various crowds traversing outside the condominium.

The place were good, as well as the staff, the grocery store is near so you wont have problems thinking what to eat. all in all the place is good. :)

My friend has a studio unit here. this is usually our hang out place. The area is accessible. Food and shopping places are also nearby. The problem with this place is that it is a flooded area and most of the time traffic.
