The Good - Found along two major thoroughfares, Ayala and Buendia Avenue, the Columns Ayala in Makati City offers the best accessibility to virtually almost all locations within the central business district of Makati.


The Bad - Ayala and Buendia Avenues are prone to congestion due to the volume of vehicles plying through during rush hour.


Property Management
The condominium policies restrict residents to selected service providers for landline, internet, and cable subscription plans. They do not allow any pets inside the condominium. As a precaution against gas-induced hazards, they only allow electric kitchen appliances for cooking.
Security
Security within the condominium is a bit lenient. While the security personnel are strict in implementing security within the condominium, the concierge is somewhat lenient. On the other hand, every common area has its own CCTV surveillance camera. Also, there are roaming guards around the condominium to monitor any activity in the common area.
Amenities
The three towers share the amenities in Columns Ayala. These amenities are a free-form swimming pool with 25-meter lap lanes, kiddie pool, function rooms with outdoor spillover area, gym and fitness area, daycare with indoor and outdoor play area, a game room with mini-home theatre system and more. There’s a personnel stationed at the swimming area to assist or even act as a lifeguard for the residents. Every amenity has its own custodian ready to assist the residents. The main lobby boasts a simple yet modern theme.
Unit Quality
Aside from the usual provisions inside a unit, Columns Ayala has units with provisions for a washer and dryer. A complete kitchen cabinet system and a modular cabinet for bedrooms are the main fixtures installed in each unit. The unit layout can cater the basic furniture and appliances. A small family or working professionals will find the sizes of the units convenient for them.
Location
The Columns Ayala’s best asset is its ideal location within the heart of the CBD. Standing along Ayala Avenue corner Gil Puyat Avenue, the Columns has unlimited access to every hotspot within Makati City. Plying along these thoroughfares are different public transportation vehicles. This asset also is its own liability, since these avenues are known for its traffic congestion during rush hour. Below the Columns is a wide selection of restaurants to suit your taste.

I have friends who live here. Location is ok kind of far from the ayala malls but the new building across is a new mall. There's rustans department store there so easy to do groceries now, theres also coffee bean and a bar in that building. In the ground floor of the condo theres ministop, moon leaf, BPI, a laundry shop, a burrito place, earls, new bombay. Gym and pool is decent. Staff are very nice and friendly. Rent prices might go down soon because of the new ayala condo being built.

My grandmother used to live here... The Columns Ayala is one of the best condominiums I can think of in terms of location. Being in the middle of the business district along with supposed companies that you may work for along with the accessibility of malls provides the best convenience anyone can hope for. My issue with the columns is though is despite the quality of the hallways and units, the building seems poorly maintained. In just a few years, the building looks already old. Leisure areas are not properly cleaned, and the flora landscape looks poorly maintained. I could mistake it to be any other building like Cityland. Would've expected it to be maintained better since it was an Ayala building...

The Columns Ayala Avenue's (TCAA) location is its primary strength - situated in the corner of Makati's two major avenues, Ayala and Buendia, a very convenient location for people who are working in Makati's Central Business District. TCAA is also very accessible to the adjascent cities of Pasay, Manila and Mandaluyong. Essential condominium amenities are provided: an adult and a kiddie pool, a gym, a game room, and a playground. Establishments and coffee shops at the ground floor, and nearby buildings also prove to a convenience. A drawback may be the construction nearby buildings for they bring dust and dirt over to TCAA, but these are just temporary concerns that can be overlooked versus the benefits.
