The Good - Trion Towers’ prime address boast accessibility to all the world-class retail and shopping centers in the district of Bonifacio Global City. Access to C5 road and McKinley Road is also really easy. An added convenience is the convenience store located right near the ground floor lobby of the first tower. A bright airy lobby greets tenants, unit owners, and guests. The building’s units are well built and easy to decorate.

The Bad - The hallways are dimly lit. The front driveway for picking up and dropping off passengers is quite narrow.

Developed by Robinsons Land Corporation, this latest addition to the Southern Bonifacio Global City skyline is a clean and properly maintained condominium with strict policies and protocols when it comes to guests and unit viewings. But this is only to keep the safety of the current tenants and unit owners. Pets are allowed inside the building as long as other tenants and unit owners are not bothered.
The management keeps security levels high to ensure their residents’ safety. Guests cannot easily come in and access the units. Even prospective buyers who want to view the actual units need permission from the management before seeing anything. Guest log-ins, intercomm systems, security checks are part of the standard protocols. Security guards personnel patrol the entrances and common areas. CCTV cameras are also installed to record all activities. Fire safety features including extinguishers, sprinklers, hoses, and exits are in good working order and easy to reach.
The condominium provides tenants and unit owners the perfect venue to have fun and relax with its wide array of amenities. These amenities are divided into three sections between the three towers. The fitness area houses the exercise and dance room, cardio and workout rooms, boxing room, gaming room, party room, social lounge, receiving lounge, outdoor play area, kid’s play pool, outdoor pool with pool deck, exercise porch, and al fresco lounge. On the other hand, entertainment domain at the second tower includes the play station, cyber hub, children’s discovery rooms, music room, HD Screening room, party room, outdoor lap pool with leisure deck, hobbyists’ nook, pleasure trail, and garden. Meanwhile, the Wellness Enclave has a tranquility pool, soothing spa and sauna room, yoga and Pilates studio, therapeutic massage room, and knowledge room. Trion Towers’ amenities and common areas are definitely a good mix of entertainment relaxation, and activity for residents.
Unit Quality
The one bedroom, two bedroom, and three bedroom units in the condominium are relatively small in size. But despite this drawback, the quality is of the materials are is good. The bare turned over units are clean and easy to design and design. Lighting is nice and warm. The lobby area and the amenities areas are airy and have good natural lighting. From the units, one can see breathtaking views of Metro Manila skyline.
Located just a few steps away from SM Aura Premier, Serendra, and Bonifacio High Street, Trion Tower allows residents to enjoy easy living with everything they need just a few steps away. Tenants and unit owners can fully take advantage of fast-paced urban living with all their necessities and luxuries within reach. Traveling to farther places is also easier because of the major thoroughfares near the area. Some of which include the McKinley Road going to Ayala and Makati and the C5 road going to other major districts in Manila.

I love the fitness amenities. If i had rented here i could cancel my gym membership because it has everything i need. The pool is kinda small right now but i believe once all the towers are done they will make it bigger. Also when i was there it was too windy in the pool area, probably seasonal. The lobby also had a high ceiling but the drop off area is quite small now since construction is ongoing. If you have 25-30k monthly budget for rent this could be a good choice, personally i find it too expensive

This property can compete in terms of location. I was able to view a 1BR and 2BR unit in Trion. I think that the unit sizes are okay. The broker wasn't able to show us a nursery and was also not sure if there is one. This can be a good purchase if you are planning to have a unit rented out. The second and third tower are still preselling which will give investors a chance to grab a unit on a lower price.
