The Good - Two Serendra features the same high standard of aesthetics and quality as that of Ayala's other premier developments. Its refreshing ambiance and green spaces make it an ideal place for families. This cluster of condos is surrounded by a lineup of upscale restaurants and shops.


The Bad - Big waterway pipes can be seen on the ceiling of the unit’s utility room. Leakage might occur if those were broken.


Property Management
PMC has a reputation of responding quickly to issues. In the aftermath of the May 2013 explosion due to an LPG gas leak in one of Two Serendra’s units, Two Serendra cut off the buildings’ main gas supply line and then had all gas stoves in the buildings replaced with electric stoves on a like-for-like basis.
Security
The human security factor at the Serendra compound is quite visible, whether at the lobby/reception areas or at the vehicular/personnel gates. Likewise, stationary and roving security guards are politely watching everyone in the common areas of Two Serendra as well as the pedestrian entrances (either through their main lobby at the Serendra Plaza or through the various personnel gates or access points) or the driveways down to the underground parking. In terms of tech security, there are the requisite CCTVs and security cameras scattered throughout Serendra as well as the use of an electronic key to access Two Serendra’s reception and lobby areas.
Amenities
Serendra gets high marks for their common features and areas, which is set amidst a lush garden landscape. There is also a playground, gym, and a clubhouse.
Unit Quality
Two Serendra offers larger unit cuts than most condominiums in BGC. The interior layout and design has no wasted space and no obtrusive building pillars.
Location
Located in a flood-free area, Two Serendra enjoys a prime address. It is in proximity to many conveniences such as schools, parks, and shopping malls.

Two Serendra is one of the greatest development by Alveo, Ayala Land. It's located at the heart of BGC and very close to malls like Sm Aura, Market Market and High Street; there are also schools near Two Serendra, like STI, Treston etc. It's really a great place to stay for families and also a great investment.

This property is the very definition of a perfect location. Market MArket and SM Aura sit on the other side of the property. Behind it is the BGC High street. International School, Treston and STI all are all just walking distance from your home. I also heard that UP and La Salle will open soon. This is a number one option especially for families.
