On the negative, the location does experience a fair amount of traffic and access to public transportation may be difficult. This may be navigated by traveling outside of rush hour and Uber/Grab is easily accessible.
With the "Rockwell" brand , this community did not disappoint with the 'resort like" amenities and state of the art gym facilities.The Location is excellent as well , along the C5 corridor of properties ; within close proximity to the Frontera Verde commercial complex , Medical City and as well as exclusive schools such as St. Paul, La Salle and Xavier.
