It’s that time of the year again where commuters, like myself, will face heavier-than-ever traffic and frequent road flooding, not to mention getting to the office sporting a wet look. As someone who lives in Cavite and works in Bonifacio Global City, the struggle is real for my daily commute, particularly during the rainy season.
