If Lilet was a bit more organized and communicated better with us, we would have been able to save USD 2200. Sadly, she neglected her job to find a tenant for my unit, even though she was given 4 months notice. So unfortunate that we had to work with her. She kept forgetting to update us on the status and to give us correct dates and information. Do not recommend her.

Lilet was great ! I was in the Philippines for a year and she managed twice to get me great condos that would meet my expectations. She knew perfectly BGC, where I wanted to get my condos. A favorite for expats working in BGC and Makati. Well maintained and well built building. Very efficient, electricity and water bills are shockingly low because of the building being the 1st (and currently only) LEED Certified residential building in BGC.

Great property for families with kids studying in International Schools. Just across Market Market, where the biggest supermarket is in BGC, where you can find the freshest produce, fish and meat, with good selection of imported goods. Amenities are amazing, pools, gardens and play areas in between towers, great both for kids and pets. Security and Property Management one of the best in BGC as well, very strict but very helpful, never disappointing and very pleasant! highly recommended!
