A work day consists of working with other developers to plan, design and build new website features and scale existing ones. This could range from providing leadership for development initiatives to providing coaching to junior staff.
There will also be regular documentation of source code and providing peer feedback to others and designing processes and tools for the engineering group.
Other key responsibilities may include providing accurate time estimates and valuable input to team scrums, sprint plans and using ninja technical skills to solve problems and build great software.
