I used to live here and enjoyed my stay because of the price and the location. It was walking distance to my Citibank Makati office. Although the building was old, my condominium was properly maintained and well kept. I had to end my lease since I was transferred to Citibank Singapore after staying in Alfaro for 5 years. I am looking forward to going back to Alfaro once my tour of duty in Citibank Singapore ends.

Alfaro Place condominium is right beside my office in Citibank Towers. Best location in town. No more commuting 2 hours from Quezon City. No more paying 500 Pesos daily on Uber and Grab Taxi.

The units is very old, have lots small cockroaches & mosquito& dust . Not satisfied on the slow fixed window screen , hot heat water & Aircon, the way solve the issue not definitively. We have feedback to owner and require to fix it before signature the contract. After we pay all the deposit and move in almost nearly 1 month not yet fixed till now, the owner keep promises and always came late when we need the discussion. I'm totally not satisfy.

The cheapest place you can get in this location. You could literally walk to anywhere in the Makati CBD in a couple of minutes. There's also a friggin park right next door. Who needs a lap pool eh?

The unit is really small. Not enough for a single occupancy. but the location is great. Close to the slaked market and CBD.

I lived here for a year and only moved out because of work. The units may be smaller than what you expect for an old building but I loved the quietness of the neighborhood. You can jog at night without having to worry about your safety because security guards of nearby condos are everywhere. This condo is just a kembot away from the Salcedo Park where the famous Saturday Market is held weekly. Being one of the pioneer buildings in the area, you cannot expect much amenities from it. All in all, I would always love to come back to this condo. I'm a sucker for privacy and exclusivity of the area.
