Great bldg to live in the Fort area. Peaceful, bright lobby, approachable staff, strict bldg personnel, super convenient , good amenities. Plus bump into celebrities and models in the bldg from time to time ;)
Everything is Love. amenities, location, staff, security. it's really expensive but its really worth every penny. I admire the staffs that always assists us 24/7. They are very much accommodating to all concerns.
I frequently visit my friend living in this condominium. I applaud the guards for being strict with the security measures. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
I've lived in Bellagio 1 for about 4 years now, and overall I really like it. The location is awesome, there's corner stores, bars and restaurants nearby as well as a grocery store which opened this year. The pool is great, and gym is okay. There's a billiard table and games room which I like. The staff are terrific, but there are plenty of annoying rules. No food delivered to your door, limits on how many guests you can have in the pool and games rooms etc. Internet is really important to me, but for some reason Globe only offers 3mbps in the building. The cable is kind of a rip-off: its "PTS" cable, which is some sort of reseller of sky. Can't pick any channels or get anything in HD. Overall, I really like living here. Haven't changed buildings since I moved in 2010.
