BANFF Realty and Development Corporation (BANFF) was incorporated in September 29, 1993 under Philippine laws. It has envisioned of providing not just quality but affordable homes to the Filipino people. After almost 17 years of active participation in the housing industry, it boasts of a respectable achievement by having completed more than three thousand quality housing units through its four subdivision projects, namely: REGINA VILLE, REGINA VILLE CLASSIC, REGINA VILLE 2000 Phase 1 and REGINA VILLE Phase II.

BANFF was the first developer to secure a specialized Memorandum of Agreement to provide housing units for the AFP, PNP, DECS personnel and for other agencies and institutions. As a proof of having excelled in the industry, the HUDCC's Kabalikat sa Pabahay Awards has cited the company as the OUTSTANDING DEVELOPER for the year 2003. No other than Her Excellency, President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo herself presented the award to its President and CEO, Ramon A. Syhunliong, at the Malacanang Palace in December 10, 2003. And to demonstrate the company's continuing pursuit of excellence in the industry. BANFF has launched last December 22, 2004 the RESIDENCIA de REGINA. This ambitious but noble undertaking is a 25 storey residential condominium project that was completed in September of 2006 and has become a prestigious address at 94 Xavierville Avenue, Loyola Heights, Quezon City.

BANFF has two ongoing projects right now namely THE REGINA LANE located in Mindanao Ave. Quezon City and THE REGINA HILLS located in Heroes Hill near Quezon City. THE REGINA NORTHVIEW located in Capas Tarlac, a six hectare horizontal project is one in the pipeline.
