Something's really wrong with the drainage or plumbing of rhe building. It smells everywhere, the lobby smells like radish, the fire exits, parking area and the building parameter smell worse. They also have not so nice eand not so friendly crew, receptionists are not the most helpful people you can find. The good thing though is that you have a convenience store and laundry shop downstairs within the buildig and a supermarket across it. Security wise, they don't know their tenants, they're not roo critical avout outsiders and visitors.

i almost buy a unit here. following make me did do that: 1. to much noise from PNR train and bar from the collective at night. 2. easy flood area. 3. not enough paking space and always traffic around the building the good side is the is a emerging area of makati. lot of lot of new project near by. hope the gov can solve the noise and flood problems.

My mom recently bought a one-bedroom unit here. I like the fact that it's centrally located. It's across Cash and Carry Mall plus The Collective. Likewise, I'm looking forward to the amenities. It has a big pool and there's a jogging track, basketball court, and a neat roofdeck. However, it is in a flood-prone area and is beside the railroad track and the highway.
