Tres Palmas is a good place to live,it is situated in a place that is peaceful and safe. It is relatively close proximity to one's needs like public transportation open 24/7, Grocery Store, Hospital & Churches. You live inside the metro,but away from hustle bustle city living!

The property is great and very advantage to most retirees, end user type of buyer, & for those people who wants to have there own privacy. It is the first low density project in the country today which with 1 high speed elevator and 8-12 units per floor, for me is quite best home to live in. For start up families its good to raise your child in peaceful and private environment like Tres Palmas Residence. It feels great to live in safe and sound!

Location is about 20 min drive to BGC, Makati is 30 min to 1 hour drive it depends on the traffic. Car is needed if you rent here. Unit is large, comfortable and clean.

I love the place which is why I got a unit here hopefully I get to move in by Feb. I wanted to get a condo unit in BGC but its way too expensive, next option were DMCI low rise condos somewhere in Acacia Estates but they're all sold out. This is the next best thing, its near Acacia Estates, its along the highway and its low density (only few units on the entire project 100+). The pool is small, even the agents joke about it saying its an over-sized Jacuzzi, no biggie since i wont really use it. The gym is not yet done, hopefully it will be decent so I can cancel my gym membership. There's a ministop on the commercial area, there's a rapide across the highway and a couple of carwash shops. There's also an SM grocery inside the Acacia Estates, when you enter the Acacia Estates gate just tell the guards you're going to SM, they won't ask for your license. An SM condo is also being put up nearby (Grace Residences). It's high density so I'm not sure how it will affect traffic. I also did viewing here and the SM agent says there's a plan to connect this area to BGC with a fly-over. I'm not sure if this is real but if that happens the value of properties in the area will definitely go up. About Traffic . In the morning going to the north area (ortigas) is not much of a hassle but afternoon rush hour (6 PM onwards) on weekdays will be a pain so you'd have to go thru C5 - heritage park - bayani road- BGC - exit back to c5 to avoid it. Going home from work from BGC is easy, it will only take 15 mins or more. There's a bit of bottle neck on the exit but its ok. I think commute will be a pain since I always see a lot of people lining up in the jeepney terminal. If you'll live here and don't have a car you'd probably rely on Uber, or grabtaxi. That's it for my review! hope my home loan gets approved. Oh and by the way they gave me a free LCD TV with the unit. An excess from their Christmas party raffle.

I went here for a viewing and I was quite impressed with the quality of the units. The agent told me that this is the first project of this developer, which is evident because I see that they took great care of delivering the unit with nice finishings and spacious hallways. I also liked the fact that it's low-rise and only 3 clusters of buildings, which means you're sharing the space with only a few people vs high-rise condos. Might not even need to ride the elevator. Only drawback is that it's nearby but in the outskirts of BGC. This is near C5 Petron. So I'm still deciding if it's worth it to buy a unit here to be rented out.
