Rizza Sta Ana

Attended a party in this condo and I like the jacuzzis :D The function room is perfect for private parties...or sumo matches hahaha. I also visited a colleague's place a couple of times and I like how spacious his 3-bedroom condo unit is. I've visited some condos and this is only a couple of the condo buildings whose units have bigger cuts than the usual.

I consider this place as my second home because my husband's bestfriend and his family live here. We are almost always here on weekends and there's always an excuse to party with our kids. My 2 year-old daughter absolutely loves the massive pool and the soccer field. I am actually eyeing the condo unit near our friends' place and hopefully can purchase one for our home in the near future. I just wished though that the convenience store in Rawai is open for 24 hours and that the property has a drugstore. Mommies could certainly relate to buying milk/diapers/OTC medicines in the middle of the night (although having SM Hypermart near the property is such a smart move).
