This is about 5 minutes from SM City Ortigas. It is located beside McDonald Ortigas Ave Ext and about 3 minutes from KFC Ortigas Ave Ext. In front of the gate is BDO Ortigas Ave Ext and is located along the road. Super 8 warehouse grocery and a public market are also highly accessible (walking distance of about 5 minutes). Various public transportation means are available including buses, jeepneys, tricycles, PUVs to SM Megamall, Robinson's Galleria, Taguig and Makati areas. The community is very quiet and safe. The amenities are not congested since it is a very small community compared with other condominium communities. Safe parking as this has a dedicated parking building accessible to all buildings by bridge at the 4th floor of each building except for one building located near the gate. Regular Catholic mass is being celebrated within the community every Sunday at 10am. Neighborhood is very good for raising children. Other churches are readily accessible from the community.
