This 20 Hectare community along East West Road and Parkway Drive with access from Nuvali Blvd or through Camelray is the perfect neighborhood to raise a family... You can feel the cool breeze due to it's high elevation even at high noon time.. The " brand new" clubhouse was just completed this Fourth Quarter of 2016 with it's Basketball Court, swimming pool and function rooms.Although this is about 8 kms from the the Santa Rosa, Tagaytay Road, even if you do not have a private vehicle , there is a shuttle service with the stop located just outside the main gate Reputable schools such as Miriam College and Xavier are in close proximity with hospitals and malls just less than 10 kms. away. If you are 'sick and tired" of the every day traffic in Metro Manila, then look no further; this is also a flood free area, which all contribute in rating this as EXCELLENT in "quality of living ".
